First Meeting

Before any advice or real estate investment opportunity is examined, we go through a rigorous process of understanding our client needs, their background, their objectives, their business model, their current portfolio, their risk exposure profile, their motivation and their strategy.
We believe that the best advice or investment strategy is always unique to the circumstances and every client comes with a different set of them.

Onboarding Process

Once we are clear on our client’s objectives we move on with the client onboarding process and we carefully check on conflicts of interest as well as KYC (Know your clients) formalities.
This process is a very important one because it is the point where we will determine the kind of service required by the client and the depth of our involvement.
We will be explicit about the specific services we have been contacted to perform before any further steps take place.

Results

At this point we are already in the process of examining possible courses of action depending on the services we have been mandated to perform.
Results could be available within a very short period of time or an extended period of time depending on the project at hand.
Time is of essence and we will aim to positively surprise you without cutting any corners on the quality of our work.
We will regularly give you updates on where we stand with the project and how it progresses.
